Aidan creates a welcoming and inclusive environment where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity, self-compassion, and authenticity. He believes meaningful therapy begins with feeling seen and understood, and he strives to build a space where individuals can safely examine challenges, strengthen resilience, and embrace their unique identities.
Aidan works with adolescents and adults navigating concerns related to identity, self-esteem, emotional regulation, life transitions, and personal growth. He has a particular passion for supporting LGBTQIA2S+, transgender, nonbinary, and neurodivergent individuals, recognizing the importance of affirming care that honors each person’s lived experience. Through a collaborative process, he helps clients gain insight, process difficult emotions, and develop tools for navigating daily life with greater confidence.
His therapeutic approach is creative, affirming, and individualized, integrating Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, DBT, mindfulness practices, somatic techniques, feminist perspectives, and neurodivergent-affirming frameworks. Aidan tailors treatment to each client’s goals and strengths, helping them build self-awareness, foster emotional well-being, and create meaningful change that aligns with their values.
