Alyssa works with individuals navigating trauma, addiction, chronic pain, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, life transitions, and crisis-related concerns. She understands how emotional and physical challenges can affect every aspect of daily life and helps clients develop healthier ways to cope, heal, and move forward with greater confidence and stability.

Alyssa tailors therapy to each client’s needs by incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
