Molly provides a thoughtful and supportive space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and work through the deeper patterns contributing to emotional distress. She believes therapy should help individuals feel grounded, understood, and empowered while creating lasting healing and personal growth.
Molly works with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, panic symptoms, life transitions, and feelings of emotional overwhelm or disconnection. She understands how unresolved experiences and chronic stress can affect the nervous system, relationships, and daily functioning, and she helps clients develop greater balance, self-awareness, and emotional regulation throughout the healing process.
Her therapeutic approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and individualized to each client’s unique needs and goals. Molly integrates evidence-based and mindfulness-centered approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, somatic mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). She is dedicated to helping clients strengthen self-trust, build healthier coping strategies, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and wellbeing.
