Co-occurring disorder counseling is designed for individuals who are experiencing both mental health concerns and substance use challenges at the same time. Common concerns may include anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or other mental health conditions alongside alcohol or drug use.
Individual counseling provides a private, supportive space where clients can explore the connection between mental health and substance use, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward long-term recovery and emotional wellness. Treatment is personalized to meet each individual’s unique needs, goals, and stage of recovery.
At Recovery Services at The Daniel Clinic, we provide compassionate, evidence-based co-occurring disorder counseling to support healing of both the mind and body. Our goal is to help clients build stability, improve daily functioning, and create meaningful, lasting change.
