Victim Impact Panel (VIP)
A Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is an educational program commonly required in Washington State for individuals charged with DUI or other alcohol- and drug-related driving offenses. The purpose of the panel is to help participants better understand the real-life impact impaired driving can have on individuals, families, and communities.
During the panel, participants hear personal stories and experiences related to impaired driving, injury, loss, and recovery. The program is designed to encourage accountability, increase awareness, and support healthier decision-making moving forward.
At Recovery Services at The Daniel Clinic, we offer Victim Impact Panel services in a supportive and professional environment to help individuals meet court and legal requirements.
